The location of the hotel is superb, situated right by the beautiful Lake Chuzenji. the Japanese style room provides a fantastic view of the lake, with a glass sliding door offering a picturesque scene just a few feet away. Guests can also enjoy the onsen, with an open-air bath overlooking the lake. the staff at the hotel are welcoming and caring, providing excellent service despite their limited English skills.
The furnishings in the room are a bit old, which may be a disappointment for those expecting more modern amenities.
